Lyria 3 is the name of the artificial intelligence model for creating music from Google DeepMind, which is integrated into Gemini, Google's AI.
It is the most advanced music generative tool to date, and allows you to create musical pieces of up to 30 seconds completely free of charge and including instruments, voices and lyrics. All this from texts, photos and video.
If you want to learn how Lyria 3 works, in this article you will learn all the details to create music that you can download and use royalty-free on your social networks, your work or wherever you want.
How to use Google Lyria 3
Lyria 3 is integrated into the Google Gemini app and website, and is used like any other Gemini generative AI tool. That is, to use it you just have to access Google Gemini or type Lyria 3 in Google. You will arrive at a page where you will have to write a prompt in the text box adequately detailing what you want that piece of music to be like.
You can define the style you would like, what voices - whether male, female or from a group - you want to be heard, what instruments should sound... and everything you want to ask the AI, which will generate a 30-second music clip with melody, accompaniment, voice and original lyrics.
In addition, you can also upload a photograph or a short video and ask it to create the piece of music or soundtrack that would best suit that landscape taking into account the colors, the scene... and create a corresponding song by even writing the lyrics.
If you don't like the result, you can ask him to change the style, adjust the tempo... or whatever you want. You can even ask them to create a cover for that song or single.
Once you have your piece of music ready, you can download it as audio to use wherever you want: social networks, work presentations, videos... Of course, keep in mind that all the audio created by Lyria 3 carries the SynthID watermark, which is inaudible but allows you to identify that this song has been created by Google's AI.
